Each figure is painted at the Taran Design Studio in Portland, Oregon. They were painted with Vallejo and sealed with 2 coats of matt varnish.

Packaging:  This item will be shipped in a sturdy outer box, while each figure itself will be packed in either bubble wrap and/or tissue. We have shipped many commissions over the years and have great success in getting the item to you intact.

Shipping:  The item will be shipped via USPS.  Items will be shipped as soon as possible, and should arrive in less than one week after payment has been received. We normally ship on Monday and Thursday.

Payment:  We accept PAYPAL.  Payment MUST be received within seven days of the auction close.  If you are bidding on multiple items we will wait until all items are ended to combine on shipping. Items will be shipped only to your Ebay verified shipping address.

Returns:  Returns are not available except for extreme circumstances.  The items shown in these auctions are represented to the best of our ability, what you see in the photos is what you will receive.
